Here is one of my favorite dipping sauce recipes. This Smoked Paprika Aioli sauce has a deep flavor and creamy texture that turns any bland dish into a tasty one. It adds a smoky flavor to fries, grilled meats, and other foods.

One thing I really love about this sauce is that it’s super easy to make and only needs a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

How To Make Smoked Paprika Aioli
- Cut the garlic into small pieces, or use a garlic press to mince it.
- Add mayonnaise, smoked paprika, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour in olive oil and whisk at the same time.
- Taste, and season with salt or lemon juice.
- Leave the Aioli in the fridge for at least 15 minutes so the flavors combine.

- I recommend using fresh garlic for better flavor, if not you can use garlic powder.
- If the sauce ends up too think you can use a teaspoon of water or over oil which will make it a bit more watery.
- You can keep this Aioli sauce in the fridge for up to 7 days.
- If you love your spice then feel free to add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

This tasty sauce can be paired with many different dishes such as Crispy Carrot Fries, sweet potato fries, roasted vegetables, or spread on burgers.
I personally love having Aioli with fried squid which is a very common combination in Spain and many bars serve it.

I would not recommend freezing this sauce as the texture will change when you defrost it.
