- 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon chips
Streusel Topping:
- 1/8 cup Almond flour, *Blanched
- 1/8 cup Coconut sugar
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Melted coconut oil

How to Make Cinnamon Chip Muffins
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Step 2:
Combine all-purpose gluten-free flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
